Apartment Lavanda, comprising three rooms, is the largest unit. Located on the first floor, it has its own private entrance. The apartment has been beautifully and stylishly restored.

With many windows, including an authentic arched window, the apartment is very bright and offers a magnificent view of the Erro River valley. It includes one bedroom with a double bed and another with a bunk bed.

The large living room features a dining area, a sitting area with a sofa bed (suitable for a 5th person), a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove, oven and a large fridge with freezer. There is also a balcony with two lounge chairs to enjoy the view.

The spacious, luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a sink with mirror, a toilet, and a bidet.

At the bottom of the external stone stairs, there is a private outdoor terrace with a dining table and two luxurious reclining chairs.
