Casa Bonta is located near the southern edge of the Monferrato region, close to the Ligurian border.

Nizza Monferrato, located 30 minutes away, is a charming town. Here, every third Sunday of the month, a famous antique market takes place. It’s also a great place to taste local wines such as Barbera d’Asti.
Canelli, 35 minutes away, is a historic town famous for its unique system of underground tunnels stretching 13 km beneath the city. You can visit various wineries here, like Coppo and Contratto.
Alba, 60 km away, is a popular destination. Its car-free center charms with beautiful squares, picturesque streets, and elegant shops. Alba is world-renowned for its white truffle; annually in October, a large truffle fair attracts passionate people from around the globe.

From Casa Bonta, it’s just 45 kilometers to the enchanting Italian Riviera Ligure, with its many beautiful seaside villages such as Varazze, Celle Ligure, and Noli. Whether you want to enjoy a relaxing day on the beach among Italians or explore old towns, you’ll find it all here.
Genoa marks the border between the Riviera di Ponente to the north towards France, with charming places like Noli, Varigotti, and Finale Ligure (with its historic borgo), and the Riviera di Levante to the south. This coast is renowned for its picturesque fishing villages like Camogli and, of course, Portofino, which with its small marina represents one of Italy’s most exclusive holiday destinations.
